Traces of water vapor arrive from 11 billion years ago, universe itself only 14 billion years old

Astronomers have picked up what they say is the most distant signature of water vapor ever detected—from a region of space so far away that it took 11.1 billion years for light to travel from there to Earth.

  2. actually, the world was created 4.1 hours ago out of the crap god cleaned out of the trunk of his car and a stack of old penthouse magazines. incidentally, god has nothing to do with the laughable practise of miscalling the “trunk” the “boot”, which must relieve you, sammy. since you plainly go through life just begging for a boot up the ass. thanks for listening, ya’ll.
